Welcome to the Forma website. Use of the site, placing orders and purchasing products are subject to the terms of use below. Using the site constitutes agreement to these terms.

Orders and purchases

An order on the site is considered final once an order confirmation has been received and subject to payment approval. Forma reserves the right to update prices, products and site content at any time.

Custom-made products

Custom-made products and projects are planned and manufactured according to the customer's requirements, and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun, except as provided by law.

Delivery times

Self-pickup orders are ready within up to 10 business days. Home delivery – and for beds, delivery and assembly – takes place within up to 21 business days from order and payment confirmation, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Delays due to force majeure or factors beyond our control may affect the delivery date.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products and will respond in case of a defect or malfunction, according to the warranty provided for each product and as required by law.

Intellectual property

All content on the site, including text, images, designs, drawings and trademarks, is the property of Forma and may not be used without prior written permission.
